Between Ancora Safety Group of 50 Lt. Cox Drive, Pearl River, NY 10965 and the company that signed up for Ancora. If you are a worker using the wallet, you did not sign these — your employer did, and the Privacy Notice is the document written for you.
Ancora keeps your safety records, shows you what is documented and what is not, and produces the forms and figures you ask it for. It tells you when a record is missing or a date has passed.
It does not certify anybody, does not inspect your sites, and does not file anything with OSHA on your behalf. An OSHA 300A prepared here is submitted by you, through OSHA’s own Injury Tracking Application. Whether you meet a standard is your determination to make.
Everything you put in stays yours. You can export all of it at any time from Integrations — workers, check-ins and hours, incidents, training, audits, plans, permits and the rest — as spreadsheets, without asking us.
Keep a copy somewhere durable. OSHA requires employers to retain injury and illness records for five years following the year they cover (29 CFR 1904.33). That obligation is yours and it continues whether or not you keep using Ancora.
Ancora is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available at a particular moment, and you should not rely on it as the only route to summon help in an emergency — call the emergency services. The worker wallet keeps safety data sheets and a queued injury report on the phone so they survive losing signal, but a phone can be lost, broken or cleared.
You can stop at any time. Export your records first — see above. What happens to data left behind after an account closes is set out in the Privacy Notice, and the courts of New York are where any dispute about these terms would be decided.
If these terms change materially you will be told before the change takes effect. The effective date above is the date of the current version.
